We handle production pick-ups and shuttles from many of Queensland’s largest food production and value added facilities. When on time pick ups are demanded to keep production facilities out bound loading docks clear, we schedule on time transfers and scale capacity as required that means fresh and frozen product is moved quickly to storage or it’s final destination without delay. We operate Tier 1 prime movers and refrigerated equipment that is monitored 24/7 to guarantee the condition of your products throughout the cold chain journey.
Cross Docking & Distribution
We conduct metropolitan distribution programs for major food suppliers into food service distribution networks, Independent Food retailers and food manufacturing businesses. Our fleet of 70+ vehicles are concentrated in South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers giving us the scale to flex and change with your requirements.
Commercial Production to Cold Store Shuttles
We receive line-haul deliveries daily from the southern states and distribute full pallets to full trailers through-out our distribution region using our fleet of rigid and multi combination vehicles. JD Refrigerated Transport has been operating for 14 years in the Queensland market, with significant experience in food, grocery and beverage distribution. We are refrigerated transport and cold chain specialists.
Our tagline is “The Strongest Link in the Cold Chain”, which we take extremely seriously. Our investment in equipment, people and processes is testimony to this commitment.
Based in South East Queensland, our new headquarters in Archerfield, Brisbane is located on a 2-hectare site featuring our corporate head office and upgraded freezer, chiller and fridge cross-docking facility, including six loading docks and significant space for our expanding fleet and future growth plans.
